6. Periodic inspection of steel molds:

1) The parallelism between the plane of the steel mold and the flower wheel is required to be less than 0.02mm, which must be maintained. Maintenance work is done by the manufacturer.

2) Wear or dents on the working surface of the steel mold will lead to undesirable consequences of fusing. Maintenance work is also done by the manufacturer.

7. Inspection of the matching of the working frequency of the steel mold and the vibrating box:

9. Operation points:

1) Adjust the height of the flower wheel cylinder appropriately according to the thickness of the processed material. Turn the upper nut of the cylinder by hand, turn it clockwise, the flower wheel moves upward, and vice versa.

2) Adjust the speed of the flower wheel, the ultrasonic power, and check whether the audio is normal.

3) Trial seam or pressure test, and fine-tune to the best process state several times according to the welding quality.

10. Shut down:

1) Turn off the power switch, the switch indicator light is off.

2) Check whether there is grease at each lubrication point. If there is no oil, add oil.

3) Clean the equipment, there should be no debris on the table, and the ground should be kept clean within one meter around the equipment.
